K. Carter Agrees to Return to Bucs

Defensive end Kevin Carter agreed to re-sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Carter had been released by the Buccaneers but agreed to return for a lesser deal.

He also received a contract offer from the Oakland Raiders.
