Still-Busy Jets Add B. Franks

The New York Jets are staying busy. They agreed to a contract with free agent tight end Bubba Franks, released by the Green Bay Packers.

Franks is, by unofficial count, the eighth free agent added by the Jets this offseason. That group includes guard Alan Faneca and linebacker Calvin Pace. The Jets also traded for Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Kris Jenkins.
