Dolphins Reportedly Also in Contract Talks With Gholston

Add Vernon Gholston to the list of players whose representatives reportedly are negotiating with the Miami Dolphins, who have the top overall selection in this month's NFL draft.

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported that the Dolphins are negotiating with the Ohio State defensive end as well as the agent for Michigan offensive tackle Jake Long.

It also appears possible that the Dolphins will discuss contract parameters with Virginia defensive end Chris Long and LSU defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey before settling on a choice.

Gholston at #1? Or does it show the Dolphins are thinking about trading down to about #4 or so?
