Urlacher Reportedly Skipping Bears' First Voluntary Workout

Linebacker Brian Urlacher is skipping the Chicago Bears' first voluntary workout of the offseason scheduled for today, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The newspaper reported that Urlacher is leaving open the possibility of missing all of the team's voluntary offseason workouts and practices.

He also had off-season neck surgery, didn't he? Maybe it's a bit premature for the Trib to correlate skipping the voluntary workouts with a demand for a contract extension.
