Court Overturns CBS Fine for Super Bowl "Wardrobe Malfunction"
A federal appeals court overturned the $550,000 fine for indecency levied against CBS by the Federal Communications Commission for the 2004 "wardrobe malfunction" involving singer Janet Jackson during the Super Bowl halftime show.
The court ruled that the FCC acted "arbitrarily and capriciously."
