K. Phillips In Fold With Giants

Safety Kenny Phillips, the final pick of the first round of the NFL draft in April, agreed to a five-year contract with the New York Giants worth about $11.15 million.

Seven of the 31 first-rounders league-wide have agreed to contracts.
