New Deal For Hester

Kick returner Devin Hester has a new contract from the Chicago Bears said to be worth $30 million over four years, including $15 million in guaranteed money.

The deal includes escalator clauses based on Hester's performance as a wide receiver.

Hester had skipped the first couple days of the Bears' training camp, then showed up while the two sides finished negotiations.
