Packers Prez, Agent Now Said to be Meeting Without Favre

Brett Favre's agent, Bus Cook, is said to be meeting now with Packers President Mark Murphy without Favre present, according to a person familiar with the discussions.

Favre's participation in the meeting at Cook's Hattiesburg, Miss., office lasted nearly 3-1/2 hours.

There's no word yet on the outcome of the meeting, at which Murphy reportedly planned to ask Favre not to report to the Packers' training camp in Green Bay.
