B. Quinn Likely to Make Second Straight Start

Brady Quinn is likely to make his second straight preseason start at quarterback for the Cleveland Browns this week, with Derek Anderson sidelined by a concussion.

Anderson made an appearance on the practice field Tuesday and did some throwing but did not participate in full team drills.
