Beck or McCown Likely to be Out in Miami

The odd man out in the Miami quarterback derby probably will be either John Beck or Josh McCown.

Chad Pennington and rookie Chad Henne appear to be locks to be on the roster, likely leaving one roster spot for Beck or McCown. Coach Tony Sparano has mentioned the possibility of carrying four quarterbacks on the roster, but that would be cumbersome.

Beck was drafted by the previous Dolphins' regime and might have some trade value, so he would be the natural choice to go.

Chad Pennington is a top notch quarterback. Great fit in Miami.
