Bills QB Hurt During Drill
Quarterback Trent Edwards left the Buffalo Bills' practice Tuesday night after suffering a bruised thigh in a backfield collision with tailback Marshawn Lynch.
Edwards and Lynch collided on a handoff during a drill, and Edwards remained on the ground for several minutes before walking to the locker room.
The Bills are counting on Edwards to be their starter ahead of J.P. Losman but it was not immediately clear when he'd return to practice or if he'd be available for this weekend's preseason game.
