Both of Chiefs' First-Rounders Injured

Both of the Kansas City Chiefs' first-round draft choices are hurting.

Defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey suffered what team officials are calling a sprained knee during Saturday night's practice. The Chiefs are awaiting MRI results to know more about the severity of Dorsey's injury.

Offensive tackle Branden Albert suffered a sprained foot two days earlier during a joint practice with the Minnesota Vikings. Albert could be sidelined several weeks, potentially slowing his development as he makes the transition from being a guard in college to being a left tackle in the NFL.
