Broncos Linebacker Injures Neck

Denver Broncos linebacker Louis Green was taken from the field on a stretcher after suffering a neck injury and concussion in the first quarter of Denver's preseason game against the Texans in Houston.

After colliding with his teammate, D.J. Williams, Green, 28, was motionless for several minutes. He was strapped to a stretcher and, according to an Associated Press report, was moving his fingers and hands as he was taken to a hospital for evaluation.
