Colts Center Mulling Options Regarding Knee Injury

The Indianapolis Colts have back quarterback Peyton Manning but could lose Manning's longtime center, Jeff Saturday.

Saturday is seeking medical opinions about a knee injury that he suffered during a preseason game over the weekend. He reportedly damaged his medial collateral ligament and has been advised to consider undergoing surgery, but it's possible that Saturday will opt to try to play with the injury without surgery.
