D. Harvey Agrees to Deal With Jags

Rookie defensive end Derrick Harvey has agreed to a five-year contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

He had been the last unsigned first-round draft pick league-wide.

The deal is worth $23.8 million, including just less than $17.2 million in guaranteed money. The contract also includes incentives and escalators that could increase its overall value to as much as $33.4 million.

Harvey was the eighth player chosen in the NFL draft in April.
