Dolphins Cut Safety With Cowboys Ties

Davis previously had played in Dallas when Dolphins front office chief Bill Parcells, General Manager Jeff Ireland and Coach Tony Sparano were with the Cowboys.

He excelled on special teams and it looked like he would have little trouble making the Dolphins' roster. Instead, he's looking for work.
