Dolphins Look at Q. Carter

Quarterback Quincy Carter worked out for the Miami Dolphins on Thursday.

Carter was a former starter for the Dallas Cowboys when they were coached by Bill Parcells, now the head of the Dolphins' front office.

Parcells released Carter in training camp in 2004 after Carter reportedly had failed a drug test.

Carter most recently has played in the Arena Football League.
