G. Dorsey to Miss About A Week

The Kansas City Chiefs are saying that rookie defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey should miss about a week because of a sprained knee.

Dorsey, the fifth player chosen in the NFL draft in April, was hurt during practice Saturday.

The Chiefs' other first-round selection, left tackle Branden Albert, is sidelined by a sprained foot.
