J. Feely to K.C.

The Kansas City Chiefs announced that they've agreed to terms on a one-year contract with kicker Jay Feely.

Feely connected on 21 of 23 field goal attempts for Miami last season but was released by the Dolphins in training camp.

He previously had stints with the Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants.
