Jets to Unveil Favre Against Redskins

The New York Jets have named Brett Favre to start their preseason game against the Washington Redskins next Saturday night at Giants Stadium.

Favre will play in the game after less than a week of practices.

It will be his exhibition debut for the Jets, who obtained him in a trade this week with the Green Bay Packers.
