More Back Problems For M. Hasselbeck

A balky back continues to plague Seattle Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck.

Hasselbeck has been experiencing back soreness for the past 12 days, dating to a preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings.

He resumed practicing Monday after a layoff and all seemed well.

However, Hasselbeck experienced back tightness again during an early practice Tuesday and didn't finish the session. He didn't participate in the Seahawks' afternoon practice Tuesday.

The Seahawks have played down Hasselbeck's back soreness, but the issue might become increasingly worrisome if he can't get back on the practice field and stay out there.
