Pats Cut M. Pollard

The New England Patriots released tight end Marcus Pollard.

The Patriots have Benjamin Watson, David Thomas and Stephen Spach at the position.

Pollard had 28 catches for the Seattle Seahawks last season.

He has 349 receptions in 13 NFL seasons, including 10 with the Indianapolis Colts and two with the Detroit Lions.
