Pennington, Less Than Shockingly, Named Dolphins' Starter

Miami Dolphins Coach Tony Sparano named Chad Pennington the team's starting quarterback entering the regular season.

The announcement comes as no surprise. It had been expected when the Dolphins signed Pennington following his release by the New York Jets that he would be the starter.

Pennington faces the Jets and their new quarterback, Brett Favre, in the Sept. 7 regular season opener.

Let's not sarcastically use Shockingly without a Jeremy ref, okay?!
