Rams Lose Guard to Season-Ending Knee Injury

Guard Mark Setterstrom is headed to the St. Louis Rams' injured reserve list for a second straight year.

He's scheduled to undergo surgery later this week after suffering a fractured kneecap during Saturday's preseason game.

Setterstrom was a part-time starter the past two seasons. He began training camp this year working with the starting offense but had been a backup Saturday after missing time because of a previous knee injury.
