Shoulder Woes Continue to Plague O. Pace
It's proving to be a difficult road back from last season's shoulder injury for Orlando Pace.
The perennial Pro Bowl left tackle for the St. Louis Rams returned to practice Thursday after re-injuring his right shoulder during last weekend's preseason game against the San Diego Chargers. It was the first extensive game action for Pace since he suffered a season-ending shoulder injury in the opening game of last season.
The Rams had brought Pace along slowly in training camp and he'd played sparingly in the preseason opener. The new injury is not thought to be serious but it's not known if Pace will play in this weekend's exhibition game.
