Sore Back to Sideline M. Hasselbeck

The Seattle Seahawks plan to withhold quarterback Matt Hasselbeck from Saturday's preseason game against the Chicago Bears.

Hasselbeck has been plagued by a sore back this week.

He participated in individual drills during Thursday's practice but has not returned to full team drills.

Backups Seneca Wallace and Charlie Frye are to split the playing time against the Bears.
