Tackle Shuffle for Texans

The Houston Texans signed offensive tackle Torrin Tucker to replace Ephraim Salaam, who underwent surgery to have cartilage damage in his knee repaired.

To create a roster spot for Tucker, the Texans waived tailback Mike Bell.
