Synchronized Swimming: U.S. Fifth
The U.S. synchronized swimming team swam its way into a fifth place tie with Canada today during the team technical event.
Both teams scored a 95.167 and will carry a 47.584 over into the team free competition, which will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday.

I agree there should have more coverage of team synchro swimming and rythmic gymnastics. What was the background music for team USA and China in sync swimming? Please list the music as part of the equipment. What would it be with the music.

I was expecting better/more coverage of the team synchro swimming after the feature article about the team's choreographer who was hired from Cirque du Soleil.
What was the routine, how was it unique?
What was the audience reaction to the performance?
