IOC Asthma Test Backed
A team of Australian scientists examined the International Olympic Committee's test for exercise-induced asthma to ensure that it did not underdiagnose elite swimmers, and the group's research showed the test--known as EVH challenge--was valid and should continue to be used. The results were published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine Oct. 23. The abstract is here.
