Move Over, Apollo?

Short track speedskater Jeff Simon won his second World Cup bronze medal in as many weeks this weekend in the men's 1,500 in Vancouver, B.C.

"It was an awesome feeling," said Simon, "it is really a good start for not just my season, but for the whole team."

These are the first two podium finishes for Simon, in his second year on the U.S. team.

In other finals, Anthony Lobello, Jr. won a silver medal in the men's 1,000. Teammate Apolo Anton Ohno also skated in the 1,000 final but was disqualified with four laps to go.
