Olympic Sprinter Races Against... Dominoes

Netherlands Antilles sprinter Churandy Martina holds national records in the 100 and 200 meters, but the question is: can he outrun a line of falling dominos at 30 meters?

Martina, 24, will participate Friday in an attempt to beat the Guinness Book of World Records's mark for the "Fastest Domino Toppling." At the WTC Expo Center in the Dutch city of Leeuwarden, 4.5 million dominoes will be set up to try break a number of records including highest domino mountain, longest domino wall and the fastest domino toppling--and that's where Martina comes in.

The 2008 Olympian will try to beat the dominoes.

In 2007, over 85 million people watched Domino Day, an event broadcast live on TV in many countries. In 2008, the theme on the event's 10th anniversary will be breaking more world records than previously.
