Snowboarder Davis injured in four-wheeler crash
The U.S. snowboarding team lost another top contender for next month's Winter Games in Vancouver when Danny Davis, suffered a season-ending back injury when he crashed a four-wheeler into a closed gate.
Davis was dedicating his season to Kevin Pearce, who suffered a severe training injury during practice in December
The injuries to two of America's top halfpipe riders puts added importance on the final two Olympic qualifying events, set for Friday and Saturday in Park City.
