Who wears the 'C'? In Olympic hockey, it's not so easy
When your roster includes many of the best hockey players in the world, each accustomed to leadership roles on his respective NHL team, naming a captain is either really easy (so many candidates to choose from) or really difficult (but which one?)
Team USA General Manager Brian Burke and his selection committee, along with head coach Ron Wilson, easily chose New Jersey forward Jamie Langenbrunner to captain the American squad, but as Burke told the Associated Press, "Leaders don't need letters to lead."
