Shaun White is doing what?

In case you didn't know, Shaun White is involved with some kind of sporting event taking place right now. Of course, you probably already know that if you've visited his personal Web site recently. Visitors to are automatically redirected to and a message:

Hi, this is Shaun White. I'm out competing, but I'll be back March 3rd. So check back soon.

Funny thing is, White is done competing in Vancouver, having already secured the gold in his only event, the halfpipe. Apparently, he is now simply enjoying the Olympic experience, and is far from the world's best multitasker.

The man who sent his last tweet on Sept. 6 has pushed his followers deeper into the dark ages with the stonewall announcement on his Web page. Visitors can't find his bio or any other information on the Tomato there. Instead, they are stuck with a notice that White has been honed in on competition. Still, perhaps fans can take solace in the fact that in the day of halftime tweets and blogged retirements, at least one athlete passes on technology for focused performance, even if it is briefly.

Did anyone else see Jeret Peterson doing the sophomoric "retard" thing before his run tonight?
