This is probably not your territory but here goes: I live overseas and only read the Post and NY Times online. Do you understand how offensive the noise is from some of the Post's online ads? You can't escape some of them, even by turning the sound off on your computer.
So far I have only encountered this problem with the Post, never with the NYT, and even the now pathetic entertainment sheet, the LA Times.
Can someone fix this? I've seen other online people commenting on this in posts to editorial articles so I am not alone.
