JERUSALEM, March 27--Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas have agreed to step up regular meetings, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice announced Tuesday at the end of a diplomatic mission that appeared to fall short of her original goals.
