House Democrats: More Races District by District
Even more district by district polls are showing Democrats in a strong position for November. Here are some highlights of the recent polling:
DCCC Independent Expenditure Polls
Rahall Leads Maynard by 18 in new WV-03 Poll
A new Global Strategy Group poll shows Representative Nick Rahall leading Republican challenger Elliott Maynard by 18 percent. Rahall leads Maynard 55 percent to 37 percent. Conducted September 23-26, the poll surveyed 411 likely voters and has a 4.8 percent margin of error.
Outside Group Polls
Mitchell Leads Schweikert in new AZ-05 Poll
A new Harstad Strategic Research poll shows Representative Harry Mitchell leading Republican challenger David Schweikert. Mitchell leads Schweikert 45 percent to 44 percent. Conducted September 13-16, the poll surveyed 509 likely voters. [The Hill, 9/21/10]
Yarmuth Leads Lally by 23 in new KY-03 Poll
A new Braun Research poll shows Representative John Yarmuth leading Republican challenger Todd Lally by 23 percent. Yarmuth leads Lally 53 percent to 30 percent. Conducted September 20-21, the poll surveyed 500 likely voters and had a 4.4 percent margin of error. [cn|2, 9/22/10]
Klein Leads West by 5 in new FL-22 Poll
A new Harstad Strategic Research poll shows Representative Ron Klein leading Republican challenger Allen West by 5 percent. Klein leads West 48 percent to 43 percent. Conducted September 20-22, the poll surveyed 504 likely voters. [Miami Herald, 9/27/10]
Murphy leads Fitzpatrick by 3 in new PA-08 Poll
A new SEIU and Vote Vets poll shows Representative Patrick Murphy leading Republican challenger Mike Fitzpatrick by 3 percent. Murphy leads Fitzpatrick 49 percent to 46 percent. [pa2010, 9/28/10]

Carney Leads Marino by 8 in new PA-10 Poll
A new Momentum Analysis poll shows Representative Chris Carney leading Republican challenger Tom Marino by 8 percent. Carney leads Marino 46 percent to 38 percent. Conducted September 23-25, the poll surveyed 400 likely voters and had a 4.9 percent margin of error. [Carney Release, 9/27/10]
Chandler Leads Barr by 20 in new KY-06 Poll
A new Mellman Group poll shows Representative Ben Chandler leading Republican challenger Andy Barr by 20 percent. Chandler leads Barr 53 percent to 33 percent. Conducted September 13-14, the poll surveyed 400 likely voters and had a 4.9 percent margin of error. [CQ-Roll Call, 9/21/10]
Schauer Leads Walberg by 4 in new MI-07
A new Myers Research & Strategic Services poll shows Representative Mark Schauer leading Republican challenger Tim Walberg by 4 percent. Schauer leads Walberg 49 percent to 45 percent. Kosmas Leads Adams in new FL-24 Poll
A new Hamilton Campaigns poll shows Representative Suzanne Kosmas leading Republican challenger Sandy Adams by 2 percent. Kosmas leads Adams 45 percent to 43 percent. Conducted September 22-23, the poll surveyed 400 likely voters and has a 4.9 percent margin of error. [Kosmas Poll Memo, 9/27/10]
McDowell Tied with Benishek in new MI-01 Poll
A new Greenberg Quinlan Rosner poll shows Gary McDowell and Republican challenger Dan Benishek statistically tied. McDowell received 38 percent and Benishek received 41 percent.
