I was a special deputy sheriff at that age. Popping caps and gun play. Today the business and politics has been merged. Election for sale and votes are getting expensive. What isn't? Some things never change kids and we are back to record high sheriffs sales. You got the house mortgage (Thanks Fannie) and don't have the money and Wall Street was a big bust, so forget retirement. The kids are selling cookies and we're going to be selling lots of houses. It's looking like a fire sale deputies, so bargains are to be had for new investors. Keep your taps wet and stay locked & loaded.
