Our Obama listservs in CA, OR and VA at least are being attacked by a McCain troll who's flooding our inboxes and pissing people off.
His email is 41390@msn.com and goes by Jason. Here's the email; let me know if this is a national thing.

I fought for Obama during the primary against Hillary. I made hundreds of phone calls to IA, IN, WI & California (I grew up in Santa Monica â€" a huge source of Obama’s fundraising) I put out signs. I sent 15 letters to the editor to local newspapers criticizing Hillary. Many of the people I know had been Clinton supporters for many years and, as Obama suggested, I â€"got in their faceâ€ and convinced many that Hillary would bring a lot of baggage with her while Obama represented a real break from the partisanship of the 1990s.

I was inspired by those early speeches. I remember calling my wife in to our living room to watch his Iowa acceptance speech because I thought I was hearing something truly unique, â€"we are one nation, we are one people and our time for change has come!â€ and â€"we are choosing hope over fearâ€ and â€"the lobbyists don’t own this government, we doâ€ and â€"the time has come for a President that will be honestâ€.

Since then, we have heard â€"God Dam# Americaâ€ from his pastor. We have heard that Obama launched his political career in the living room of a man who helped bomb the Capitol and NY Police headquarters. We have heard that Obama helped a convicted felon obtain $100 million in grants and loans for 11 buildings in Obama’s district that are now boarded up. Yet I still supported Obama over Hillary, albeit with much less enthusiasm than before.

ACORN changed everything.

Only now are we learn about Obama’s connection to the ACORN organization.  Heidi Swarts is a Rutgers political scientist In her book, Organizing Urban America, she describes Acorn as a â€"militant organizationâ€ that will â€"break into private offices, show up at a banker’s home to intimidate his family or pour protesters into bank lobbies to scare away customersâ€, all in an effort to force banks to lower their credit standards so unqualified people can get loans, in other words, subprime loans - the same toxic paper that’s bringing our economy to its knees.

Yesterday, I heard that ACORN is being investigated in NV, NM, CO, OH, MI, PA, IL, IN, NC and Florida for massive voter registration fraud. I also heard that Obama and the Democrats have allocated hundreds of millions to this group in recent bailout bills.Â

Just think of that.

Obama sends hundreds of millions of our tax money to ACORN - a group helping Obama get elected using voter fraud and terrorizes banks to make sub-prime loans that cripple our economy.

I’ve had enough. I have made my last phone call and sent my last dime to help Obama. No more. I urge you to abandon Obama like me.
