Some time during the day -- The European Union is scheduled to release the results of stress tests on the continent's banks.
At 10 a.m.-- Obama administration pay czar Kenneth Feinberg is expected to release a report that finds 17 major banks that received government assistance overpaid executives by $1.6 billion during the financial crisis.
