At 9 a.m. -- The S&P/Case-Shiller home price index is released.
At 9:30 a.m. -- Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro participates in a discussion on implementing new financial regulations.
At 10 a.m. -- A House Energy and Commerce subcommittee holds a hearing on the impact that the BP oil spill has had on Gulf Coast tourism. Kenneth Feinberg, who's coordinating the aid fund for spill victims, is among the witnesses scheduled to testify.
At 10:15 a.m. -- The House Judiciary Committee holds a hearing on antitrust policy. Christine Varney, the Justice Department's assistant attorney general for antitrust, and Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz are scheduled to testify.
At 2:30 p.m. -- The Senate Commerce Committee holds a hearing on online privacy. Witnesses include FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz and Julius Genachowski, chairman of the Federal Communications Commission.
