Economic agenda: Friday, Aug. 6, 2010
At 8:30 a.m. -- The Labor Department releases employment numbers for July. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg expect the economy will have added 90,000 private sector jobs, but the unemployment rate is predicted to rise to 9.6 percent from the current 9.5 percent.
At 3 p.m. -- The Federal Reserve releases data on use of credit by U.S. consumers.
