At 8:15 a.m. -- ADP employment for August released.
At 10 a.m. -- ISM manufacturing for August released and construction spending for July released.
Throughout the day -- Automakers release vehicle sales for August. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg expect industrywide deliveries to have fallen to an annualized rate of 11.6 million vehicles. That's 18 percent below last year's pace, making it the slowest August since 1982.
