Economic agenda: Friday, Jan. 28, 2011
At 8:30 a.m. -- The Commerce Department releases its report on gross domestic product growth for the fourth quarter. Economists expect that the GDP grew at an annual rate of 3.5 percent, a nice pickup from the 2.6 percent rate of the third quarter.
At 9:55 a.m. -- The University of Michigan releases its index of consumer sentiment.
