Be The Better (Animated) You

A company called Big Stage lets you be your better self. Here's how it works: You take three digital photos of your face from different angles and then import them into the company's software. Then you can put a funky hairstyle on yourself, glasses, or a variety of expressions.

The software then overlays your facial information on whatever video clip or message you want to send. For instance, you can import your face into a YouTube clip or video game. You become the animation.

Jon Snoddy , founder of Big Stage, said he expects people to import these into social networking profiles, and even send as emails. You can put your face in a horror movie, or in a cute animation to say happy birthday to a friend.

"The Web is a big stage where people perform for each other," he said. "You can watch yourself as a hero or anyone else you can think of."

You can also record your own voice, which lip-syncs to your own speech. You're essentially building an avatar you can import into video games or music videos. The product will be available in April.

Ok more toys to play with, what about the one who might not or can aford the cost if you going to tell about things give us some insight on what it take to be part of this.
