Andrew Young and the restless

Well, that didn't take long. Mere moments ago, it seems, I told you to "trust me" that "the potential for more musings from Andrew Young, the tell-all former Edwards aide" meant that we would be seeing more of him, John Edwards and Rielle Hunter. And there was Young sitting on set at CBS's "The Early Show" this morning hitting back at Hunter's assertions in GQ.

Young implicitly rejected my claim that Hunter was not suffering from Stockholm syndrome when he said, "I think John Edwards is telling Rielle Hunter and Elizabeth (Edwards) whatever he needs to tell them to make them do whatever he wants them to do." He also rejects Hunter's claim that "he loved Johnny more than he loved Cheri. So Johnny was the third person in their relationship."
"I don't know if people have seen my wife on 'Oprah' or anything, but it's patently absurd," Young said in his defense. Patently absurd, not to mention unseemly, perfectly describes this train wreck of a menage-a-trois.
