Friday p-Op quiz: "Exceptional" Edition

[Update, 12 p.m.: The last question is on me, folks. I got all mixed up in the various double negatives in it. So, if you get it "wrong" you're actually right and if you get it "right" you were probably as mixed up as I was.]
Now that this exceptional week has come to a close, it's time celebrate with this week's p-Op quiz. No pencils needed. No ovals to fill in. No essays to write. Just a nimble mind to deal with John McCain, the START treaty, Laura Ingraham, gays in the military, tax cuts and Sarah Palin. Yes, there's a heavy dose of the Mama Grizzly this week. Moth meet flame.
Take the quiz.
