Why would you think we'd never see this? Doesn't every country artist do one of these?

I work in PR - but for law firms, not music - and I think it gets tiresome for journalists to relentlessly harangue these people for simply doing their job (even if they are pretty bad at it).

For as many headaches as you get from your flaks, we have just as many problems with the journos - who in some cases can be equally unprofessional and rude.

Is it really that interesting for your readers to know about what announcements you receive and the ridicule you hold for the senders? Seems rather off topic.

@ James: Yes.

nothing puts me less in the christmas spirit than a christmas album that tops the charts in the middle of september. especially when it's a country christmas album.

Let alone Christmas albums whose details are announced in the middle of June.
