VFest Scores More Points Than All Points West
Found this a week late, but it's still worth passing along: Our pal Dan DeLuca of the Philadelphia Inquirer did a bi-state double-header to compare and contrast All Points West (Saturday) and Virgin Mobile Festival (Sunday) ... and he came down in favor of the party at Pimlico.
He writes: "The trouble with All Points West, said Frank Silvestri, 44, of Gladwyne, was that it was 'really like a big Radiohead concert.'"
Whereas Virgin "was much more like a big, all-over-the-place-music event, with quality crab cakes." DeLuca adds that VFest "was like a genre-colliding iPod that did an excellent job of approximating what pop music sounds like in 2008."
Anybody else do the double-header?

I read somewhere that Producer David likes Radiohead.
