Twittering the VMAs

This is going to be an experiment. I'm going to attempt to Twitter the VMAs on Sunday night. I've never Twittered before but this seems like a good time to start, since I doubt there will be anything worth a comment of more than 140 characters. We'll see. I'm just hacking The Fix's code to try to set this up, so if you end up seeing stuff on here about Sarah Palin's former brother-in-law, well, sorry. Ignore the tests for now, thanks.

You can follow the, uh, tweets here or sign up for Post Rock's Twitter feed.

If you truly don't know who Russell Brand is, I highly recommend "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." And you get to see that dude from "How I Met Your Mom"'s junk.

I checked last week to see if MTV and MTV2 were actually playing any music on television, they were not. It's all idiot reality shows and other total drivel. They've become worthless to watch, and as a result I've stopped watching the MTV VMA's entirely.
